                                               How to consign with us! 
Someone interested in consigning items, would need to make an appointment with Tonya at Hidden Treasure's Consignment. Then bring your items in that you would like to consign. Your items will need to be clean and no damages. You will need to read over our agreement and sign it. You will receive your copy and you leave your items with me to check in. Once I'm done checking your items in, (this process takes awhile), you will receive a list of your items with prices, that you consigned, in the mail. You will need to allow us 3-8 days or longer to get your items checked in and on the store floor. Then you wait for your items to sell. Its that simple,you bring the item(s) and we do all the work. When your items start selling, once a month you will receive a check and invoice in the mail, for the items that you have sold. You must sell $10.00 or more before a check will be issued. Your items may be located in our store, on our website, or on ebay. Hidden Treasure's Consignment decides on where your items will go, it depends on the items. If you don't sell your item(s) within the first 90 days your items will be marked down 10% off the original selling price. After 180 days your items will be marked 25% off. After 270 days your items will be marked 50% off. After 360 days your items will be marked 75% off. After a year, those that where marked 75% will need to clear out of the store. Some may need to be donated. Not all items will apply to these mark downs or donations, depending on the item and the consigner. Every consigner will need to renew there account once a year with a new agreement sheet. This sheet will be sent out once a year. You will need to read and agree to our new agreement for your account to be active and in good standing with us. If you fail to renew or agree to our agreement, you will need to make an appointment to pick-up your item(s). You will need to allow us at least a week for us to get your items ready for pick-up. If you do not sign our agreement and send it back to us within 30 days after it was sent out, your items will become Hidden Treasure's Consignment 's item(s), to do with what we wish to do with them. If your address or phone # changes after filling out our agreement, please notify us as soon as you can. All consigners will receive 70% of the selling price of each item that is sold, for now, but this will be changing in Sept. 2012 to 50%. All items left in our store in Sept. will go to 50%. Those that do not want to go to 50% will need to make an appointment to pick-up their items. New consigners  will need to agree to our 50% before consigning with us. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS FOR ANY REASON. HOWEVER, WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST TO CARE FOR YOUR ITEMS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT STOLEN ITEMS. Every consigner will have to sign our agreement form stating that the items you brought in belong to you and no one else. Also, every consigner will have to fill out our sign-up sheet. Thanks Tonya
